Background
The founder had deep domain expertise in financial operations but had already lost two months to a failed agency engagement that delivered nothing usable. Challenges

The client walked into their investor demo with a live, working product and closed a pre-seed round shortly after. They later scaled the engineering team incrementally using the same codebase without any structural rework.
